PLATING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

Preferably male applicants, aged 2033 years old.

Minimum height of 160 cm and above.

Must not be overweight.

At least 2-year college graduate or higher is an advantage.

Not open for ex-Taiwan workers.

Must have normal color vision (no color blindness).

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plating equipment and machinery for coating metal components.

Perform surface preparation including cleaning, degreasing, and rinsing of parts prior to plating.

Apply coatings such as electroplating, anodizing, or chemical treatments based on specifications.

Inspect finished products to ensure coating thickness, adhesion, and quality standards are met.

Maintain proper chemical levels and bath compositions in plating tanks.

Follow strict safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment.

Record production data, process parameters, and quality results accurately.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of plating equipment and work areas.
