Have the expertise to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces with precision and care? We’re hiring experienced Gardeners to manage landscape maintenance, plant care, and grounds upkeep for residential, commercial, and institutional properties with leading employers across Australia.

Gardener

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in garden landscaping and garden maintenance.
• Experience in turf laying and basic irrigation installation.
• Proficient in operating various landscaping tools and machinery.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving a four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and garden maintenance for residential, commercial, and institutional properties.
• Lay turf and install basic irrigation systems.
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are kept in top condition.
• Identify and address any garden-related issues, including pests, diseases, or plant health concerns.
• Provide expert plant care and advise clients on plant selection and maintenance techniques.
• Work efficiently and independently, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
