Accounting Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with accounting systems and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies when necessary.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls for accounting processes.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to accounting staff.
- Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.
