Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants, aged 24–40 years old.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including waiters, waitresses, and baristas.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
• Manage staff schedules and assist with shift planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
