Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in bakery or pastry production.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proven hands-on experience in bakery operations and pastry preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or bakery environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients, prepare dough, and monitor baking times and temperatures.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and report shortages when necessary.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in all stages of food preparation.
