We are seeking a skilled Electrician for maintenance in the Continuous Vulcanization (CV) line of the cable industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of high-voltage and automated machinery.

ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male, 25 to 45 years old, physically and medically fit for industrial work.
  • High School graduate with vocational/technical qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the same or similar electrical maintenance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of English is required.
  • Experience in the cable or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CV line electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in PLC-controlled systems and complex automation.
  • Work with high-voltage machinery (480V+) safely.
  • Adhere strictly to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Operate and maintain equipment including PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), AC/DC drives, heating elements, and sensors used in curing lines.
