Qualifications:

  • Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply
  • 22 to 38 years old
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista
  • Graduate of BS HRM or any Food & Beverage-related course
  • Knowledgeable in coffee preparation, espresso machines, and brewing techniques
  • With good customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit and well-groomed
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • With positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other café drinks
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly
  • Ensure consistency and quality in beverage preparation and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with menu selections
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café and workstations
  • Monitor inventory and assist in stocking supplies when needed
  • Follow company standards, food safety regulations, and workplace policies
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
