Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics/manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Assemble, inspect, and test semiconductor devices and components.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and quality concerns to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team training sessions.
