Marketing Operations Coordinator

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in marketing coordination, project management, or traffic management.
• Familiarity with project management or task management tools.
• Experience working with creative/graphics and digital teams preferred

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Team, Graphics Team, and internal stakeholders.
• Received, review and assign marketing briefs, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Prioritize and traffic task according to business objectives, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Monitor daily, weekly workflow and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, flagging risks or bottlenecks, and escalation when necessary.
• Implement and maintain tools systems for project tracking.
• Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve efficiency.
• Track asset production from concept through the final delivery.
• Act as the communication hub marketing request, ensuring alignment between business units and creative teams.
• Present regular reports and insights to senior management on training impact, gaps, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with business unit manager to tailor training solutions to operational realities.
