Qatar Engineering & Construction Company W.L.L (QCON) is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in metal fabrication, welding, and piping, with a solid understanding of safety standards and industry best practices in a petrochemical environment. 

FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as Fabricator in industrial or petrochemical environments
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and cutting tools
  • Familiarity with piping standards and industrial safety regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, industrial environment

Responsibilities:

  • Operate all types of hand and pneumatic tools efficiently
  • Make field sketches and fabricate jobs independently
  • Apply company piping classes, standards, and procedures during work
  • Use cutting torches and welding machines for cutting and tack welding
  • Operate plasma cutting machines accurately
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure quality of work in accordance with project specifications
