WAITRESS / WAITER

Qualifications:

  • Have at least One (1) year Food & Beverage Experience in Hotel / Resort Environment
  • High school graduate
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment is required
  • Physically fit and attentive to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide discreet, professional guest service

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards
  • Handle payments and clear tables efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
  • Upsell specials and recommend menu items when appropriate
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
