Female Sales & Marketing Executive

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing; experience in training centers, education, safety, or service industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell safety training courses and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and site visits

Job Details:

  • Contract Duration: 2 Years
  • Basic Salary: QAR 2,000 per month
  • Allowance: QAR 1,000 per month
  • Incentives & Commission Structure
  • Monthly Sales Target: QAR 80,000

Commission:

  • 1% commission on the first QAR 80,000 in sales
  • 3% commission on sales exceeding QAR 80,000
