SR. COOK
Qualifications:
- Must have Diploma or Tesda Certificate related to the position applied.
- With 5 years work experience as a Sr. Cook in Hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes; ensuring health, hygiene and safety standards are adhered to; and making sure utensils and work areas are clean and ready for the next shift.
- Expected to support the development of the cooks and the assistant cooks.
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using ovens, grills, boilers, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to meals number and make sure that the material quantities match the required number of meals.
- Comply with agreed portion size, cooking methods.
- Packing and loading of food in the containers and properly store them in the hot holdings.
- Carry out different cleaning tasks to maintain work area in a clean condition for the next shift.
- Promptly reports equipment and food quality issues to the sous chef.
- Support cooks and assistant cooks’ development
Requirements:

- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
