Sales Associates

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers.
• Must have a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience or the ability to learn how to use a point-of-sale system is an advantage.
• Must have the willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers: Welcome shoppers, guide them to products, and answer questions about features and benefits.
• Handle transactions: Process customer payments, returns, and exchanges accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote products and offers: Inform customers about sales, promotions, store loyalty programs, and encourage cross-selling of related items.
• Maintain sales floor: Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing by arranging merchandise and creating displays.
• Restock and manage inventory: Replenish stock on shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock counts and receiving shipments
