Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With good communication skills
• Proficiency in cooking methods, knife skills, and food preparation techniques is essential.
• A keen sense of taste and smell is also helpful for balancing flavors and seasoning.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a must.
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and the ability to follow recipes accurately are key.
• Organizational and time-management skills are also necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques. Set up workstations with all necessary supplies and equipment before and during shifts.
• Prepare high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients and final dishes.
• Ensure portion control guidelines are followed.
• Keep the kitchen, including work areas, equipment, and storage, clean, sanitized, and orderly at all times.
• Accommodate special requests, including those for food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
