DELIVERY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Asian cuisine- Chinese, Korean, Malaysian.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering staff during food preparation, setup, service, and cleanup.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Manage staff schedules and assignments to meet event requirements.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, including dining areas, buffets, and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues during events
