Scaffolder

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Proven scaffolding experience in construction or industrial environments
• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, SAIA), or willingness to obtain
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (tube & clamp, system scaffold, frame scaffold, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold plans
• Excellent balance, physical strength, and coordination
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to identify potential hazards
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between job sites

Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to safety regulations and project plans
• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials to assigned locations
• Secure scaffolding to structures using correct fittings, tie-offs, and anchoring techniques
• Inspect scaffold components for damage or wear and report issues promptly
• Ensure scaffolding is level, properly braced, and safe before use
• Modify scaffolding setups as project needs evolve
• Keep scaffolding materials and work areas organized and clean
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements:

• Valid passport

• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
