Dredging Operations Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience
  • Proven track record handling supervisor roles on dredging sites with experience on suction and cutter dredgers.
  • Strong understanding of dredging operations, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Ability to motivate and direct dredger crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize workflow for dredging operations on the dredger’s (i.e. suction and cutter dredgers) and reclamation site ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Oversee dredging projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and direct dredger crew, promoting a safe and productive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Work with operations, technical, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of dredging operations, including production reports, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

  • NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
  • Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
  • PEOS certificate
