Production Equipment Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Responsible for operating and monitoring advanced production lines.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills to ensure stable operations and respond quickly to deviations or malfunctions.
- Ensures product quality and process safety through critical monitoring, targeted inspections, and proactive corrective actions.
- Supports product changeovers and mechanical modifications; contributes ideas for technical improvements and ensures smooth line transitions.
- Collaborates effectively with production and engineering teams to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Must hold an engineering degree in a relevant technical field with a minimum duration of 3 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
