COMMI II (Pastry)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Experience abroad is an advantage.
  • Asian cuisine- Chinese, Korean, Malaysian.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing pastry items such as cakes, tarts, mousses, cookies, and breads according to standard recipes.
  • Complete daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared and stored properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstations and storage areas.
  • Operate pastry kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Assist with plating and presentation during service periods.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Label and date all stored products and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
