QUALITY INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• 30 – 45 years old
• Atleast 3 years of experience abroad
• Minimum of 170cm, stronger build required to perform the duties
• With good english communication skills
• Flexible on working hours

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out inspections and tests on materials, products, checking records, trend charts, management & control.
• Responsible for segregation and handling of non-compliant materials.
• Control and maintenance of laboratory equipment and sample storage.
• Responsible for handling abnormalities, non-conforming material and for the control and follow up the subsequent batches of non-conforming materials.
• Gives feedback to production to improve product quality.
• Self performing maintenance of measuring instruments, equipment and workstation as required.
• Handling of non-compliant raw materials according to the work instructions
