Sheet Extrusion Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With related experience in a Food, Pape, Packaging and Printing Factory
• Experience in sheet extrusion or plastic manufacturing
• Knowledge of extrusion machinery, polymers, and production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating and monitoring plastic sheet extrusion lines to produce high-quality plastic sheets according to production schedules, safety standards, and customer specifications
• Requires technical knowledge of extrusion processes, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety procedures.
• Set up, operate, and monitor sheet extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.) to maintain optimal production.
• Inspect finished sheets for quality standards, including thickness, width, surface finish, and color consistency

Requirements:

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
