CITIC Pacific Trading Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in the Federated States of Micronesia. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership and customer service skills to ensure smooth store operations and business growth.

Store Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, local or overseas.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Organized, responsible, and capable of managing daily operations effectively.
  • Willing to work in the Federated States of Micronesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and support store staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with management and team members.
