Club Lounge Hostess

Qualifications:

  • Basic monthly salary BD 250/- + other benefits
  • Height 5.7 and above / Slim personality/ Fair complexion
  • Should have excellent personality
  • Excellent communication in English & writing
  • Customer-Oriented: Passionate about providing outstanding service.
  • Team Player: Works well with others to achieve common goals.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintains a friendly demeanor, even under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
  • Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean and well-stocked and respond promptly to guest needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and club policies.
