Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and blueprint interpretation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Candidates must have passports
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage at eam of fabricators, welders, and other workshop personnel.
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow to meet production schedules.
- Interpret and implement fabrication blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Perform inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Address and rectify any defects or issues in the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align fabrication activities with project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
