MILLWRIGHT FITTER

Qualifications:

• Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Computer literate and should have ability to read and write
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Should have experience/ knowledge in welding / fitting/ boiler maker

Responsibilities:

• A Millwright Fitter in a scrap yard in Australia would be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment,
• With a focus on those used in the recycling and processing of scrap metal.
• This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and experience with various tools
  and equipment used in metal fabrication and repair.
• They are responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling industrial machinery and equipment.
• Installing new machinery, conveyors, and other equipment used in the scrap yard, often involving alignment and precision fitting.
• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all types of machinery, including hydraulic systems, conveyors, crushers, and
  other equipment used in the scrap metal process.
• Fabricating parts or modifying existing components to fit specific needs or to repair damaged equipment.
