Auto Painter

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 1 year in college with a Training Certificate relevant to Auto Spray Painting.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an Auto Spray Painter.
• Experienced in color mixing and matching.
• Skilled in prepping and painting vehicle panels.
• Knowledgeable in fixing small to medium dents.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Skilled in driving a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Perform auto spray painting on vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Mix and match colors to meet customer specifications and vehicle requirements.
• Prepare vehicle panels, including sanding, masking, and cleaning, prior to painting.
• Apply paint to vehicle surfaces, ensuring uniform coverage and smooth finish.
• Fix small to medium dents and imperfections on vehicle panels before painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns professionally.
• Drive vehicles to and from the workshop as required, ensuring safe operation of a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
