Plant Manager (Generator Plant)

Qualifications:

• Complete and thorough knowledge of generator plant in the FMCG industries.
• Recognized qualifications and training required.
• Mature with stable temperament
• Ability to work well with others
• Very good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Direct and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all generator plant to minimize disruption and enhance safety.
• Troubleshoot, direct and perform emergency rapid breakdown repairs to minimize downtime to the highest standards.
• Schedule regular preventative maintenance on all plant to enhance longevity and minimise downtime of plant.
• Manage, source and maintain security over inventories of spare parts and consumables
• Supervise and perform the installation and commissioning of new plant
• Manage, supervise, train and discipline maintenance staff.
