Baker/Cake Decorator (F&B Service Staff)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry environment (especially donut-focused) is a plus
• Strong decorating skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
• Passion for baked goods and continuous learning in the pastry field
• A portfolio showcasing previous decorating or baking work is highly encouraged

Responsibilities:

• Assist with measuring, mixing, and preparing dough and other baking ingredients
• Decorate donuts and other baked goods, applying techniques to achieve visually appealing and consistent products
• Work closely with the Production Manager to fulfill daily orders, maintain production schedules, and meet quality standards
• Help track inventory and coordinate ingredient restocking
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to develop new decorating ideas and product improvements

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport
