Job Vacancy: LAMINATOR for High-density polyethylene (HDPE)

LAMINATOR for High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as LAMINATORS ( HDPE ) – TESDA Training Certificate is a must.
- Proficiency in using welding and cutting tools (manual and automatic).
- Knowledge of HDPE properties and fabrication techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Prepare HDPE surfaces for lamination including cleaning, roughening, or priming.
- Perform heat fusion, extrusion welding, and hot air welding of HDPE materials.
- Lay up and bond HDPE sheets and components using appropriate lamination techniques.
- Conduct dimensional checks and inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Monitor equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any defects, safety hazards, or equipment issues to the supervisor
