BAKERY CHEF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Specialized with the trendy bakery and croissants
• Culinary professional specializing in the creation of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Responsible for preparing, decorating, and presenting these items, as well as managing the bakery section, including inventory, staff, and production.
• Recipe Development and Innovation: Creating new recipes, adapting existing ones, and developing seasonal menu items.
• Quality Control: Ensuring consistent quality and standards in all baked goods.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Proven experience in pastry or baking roles.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and equipment operation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of sanitation principles and food safety regulations.
• Creative flair and an ability to develop new and innovative menu items.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
