JMC EQUIPMENT (M.C. Paulino) is seeking highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Guam. We are looking for professionals with extensive expertise in operating excavators, wheel loaders, and motor graders for large-scale construction and earthmoving projects.

Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator, Grader, Loader)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same position.
• Valid passport required.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must possess a driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in demanding construction and quarry environments.

Responsibilities:

Excavator Operations (Track & Wheeled)

• Perform precision digging, including trenching for utilities, deep excavation, and foundation work.
• Ensure utility avoidance and follow safe excavation procedures.
• Read and interpret 3D drawings, blueprints, and site maps to achieve accurate depth, alignment, and slope.
• Operate specialized attachments such as rock hammers, thumbs, and long-reach arms.
• Carry out demolition, site clearing, and detailed excavation work as required.

Wheel Loader (Pay Loader)

• Perform high-volume loading of materials into haul trucks efficiently.
• Maintain proper load weight, balance, and operational efficiency.
• Keep quarry and job site areas clean, level, and safe to improve productivity and prevent equipment damage.
• Conduct load-and-carry operations, transporting aggregates across work sites.
• Operate safely in high-traffic environments with multiple equipment units and personnel.

Motor Grader

• Perform finish grading for road bases, sidewalks, and building pads within tight tolerances.
• Create accurate surface contours, crowns, slopes, and drainage systems.
• Use manual controls and/or GPS/laser guidance systems for grading precision.
• Lead site preparation and sub-grade work before paving or concrete operations.
• Ensure final grading meets engineering and project specifications.
