Hyundai Engineering & Construction Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Support Supervisor to oversee support operations on-site. The successful candidate will manage support staff, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth operational workflows for construction projects.

SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or support role, preferably in construction
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Familiarity with construction operations, logistics, and safety procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise support staff and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to project teams
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Assist in planning and execution of support operations to meet project timelines
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and reports to management
