- Familiarity with truck diagnostic tools, mechanical systems, and manufacturer specifications.
- Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of routine servicing, part replacements, and inspections to ensure optimal truck performance.
- Adherence to workplace safety regulations and best practices in truck repair
- Capable of lifting heavy parts, standing for long hours, and working in various conditions.
- Ability to follow manufacturer guidelines and ensure high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing truck systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
- Tasks include part replacements, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Must adhere to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Replace and install components such as filters, belts, hoses, batteries, alternators, starters, and clutches.
- Conduct thorough inspections to detect potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
