Qualifications:

- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple aspects of road facility projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control in road facility construction and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeand manage the technical aspects of road facilities projects, ensuring design, construction, and maintenance meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including technical specifications, budgets, and schedules for road facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to assess the quality and safety of ongoing construction or maintenance work
