Milling Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have passport.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for small repairs or adjustments.
- Ability to read grade markings or simple site drawings.
- English level: B1 (Intermediate – can follow safety instructions and give/receive basic directions).
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and dusty conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machine safely and effectively (e.g., Wirtgen, Roadtec, Caterpillar).
- Remove asphalt or concrete to prepare roads for paving.
- Coordinate with dump truck drivers to remove milled material.
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance (check oil, belts, teeth, hydraulics).
