Maintenance Worker

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks independently.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and complete maintenance logs accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to emergency maintenance needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all work areas and equipment.
• Assist with the setup and installation of new equipment or fixtures.
• Maintain and organize tools, materials, and supplies for daily tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns.
