EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an executive
- Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and accurate correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and other relevant software applications. Super fast typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
- Tech- savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software technology tools.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive director’s schedule, including prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive director.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive director, emails, and mail.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and effective communication within the organization.
- Stay updated on organizational activities, projects, and priorities to provide accurate and timely information to the executive director
