MOLDING PROCESS SENIOR ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred in this job
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the planning, development, execution, and upkeep of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products
  • Identifies issues and improvement opportunities, sets goals, allocates resources, defines technical needs, and develops plans to achieve cost and quality targets.
  • Optimizes the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure high-quality production at minimal cost.
  • Enhances capacity and operational efficiency in the molding process.
  • Coordinates new processes and supports the introduction of new products.
  • Continuously seeks new technologies to improve manufacturing technical capabilities.
  • Leads yield improvement projects in collaboration with Equipment Engineering and R&D teams.
  • Recruits, develops, and mentors team members for continuous improvement and career growth.
