Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (for H1 Category)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (for H2 Category) additional certifications in construction management preferred
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and decision making abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the jab site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to plan and implement project scheduler
• Train and mentor construction crew members
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address issues
