CNC Operator Programmer
Qualifications:
- Relevant certificate or diploma of industrial training or technical education is essential
- At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machine or CNC VMC Machine operator with proven experience in the API 6A product line, as well as other Oil & Gas products or the OCTG product line.
- Extensive Ability and knowledge of operating CNC milling/lathe and various hand tools such as grinders, etc.
- Must be able to use and read Micrometres and various other measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Good communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- To make the program, set and operate CNC Machine tools for each component.
- Responsible to Correctly book all working hours on/off the time booking system
- Responsible for Adhere Hunting QMS & HSE system procedures, work instructions.
- Responsible for to Adhere the Quality & HSE Policy.
- To recommend the needs of fixtures and tools for increasing the efficiency in machining of each component.
- Responsible to make optimum use of tools/inserts and fixture for maximum productivity.
- Provide all required tooling information and reduce cycle time for all programs.
- Manufacture components accurately to relevant Engineering drawings and specifications.
- Report any non-conforming components to supervisors and QC Department.
- Authorized to use suitable tools and cutters based on the machines
- Authorized to perform Daily preventive maintenance of machine as per the prescribed instructions.
- Ensure the care of all machinery, tooling and equipment used.
- Authorized to modify machining parameters and CNC Program
- Authorized to stop the process if any deviations/concerns about product quality and HSE
- Accountable for maintaining dimensions as per the drawing
- Accountable to Keep the machine area and work area clean and tidy.
- Promoting Hunting Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and communicate effective awareness of the risks and hazards to all personnel and maintain controls necessary for their safety and that of others.
- Performing all duties in accordance with the Company’s Quality Procedures and work Instructions in order to deliver and maintain the highest standards of quality for all products and services.
- Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself.
- Understanding Hunting’s service and product offerings
- Establishing self as a subject matter expert with customer and expert in designated technical/professional discipline
- Creating and maintaining good working relationships
- Understanding and using of the correct reporting lines

- Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, so a degree of flexibility is required.
- Ad hoc duties as reasonably required from time to time.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
