Operations & Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing operational processes, logistics, and supply chain functions to ensure efficiency.
• Strong sales background with the ability to set and achieve revenue goals, understand market trends, and develop strategies to grow the business.
• Strong ability to identify issues, create solutions, and implement process improvements to overcome challenges.
• Preferably worked before in hard landscaping industry in Middle East or Western Countries

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing both the sales performance and the day-to-day operational activities of the business.
• Ensures seamless integration between sales targets, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• The manager is tasked with driving revenue growth, improving operational processes, and leading a team to achieve business objective.
