QC SUPERVISOR (PIPING)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, or related Engineering field
  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in QSC
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in ARAMCO projects
  • Candidates with SAP No. and CBT certification are preferred
  • Must have ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor/Leader Course Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding inspection, and international standards (ASME, ASTM, API)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee piping installation, fabrication, and testing activities
  • Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and project codes (ASME, API)
  • Supervise installation of industrial piping systems (fluids, gas, steam)
  • Ensure piping systems are installed, welded, and tested according to drawings and technical specifications
  • Conduct and document inspections (visual and dimensional) of piping fabrication, welding, and erection
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve quality issues
