Sigurd Microelectronics Corporation is hiring Factory Workers and Maintenance Equipment personnel to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in production processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth factory operations while following strict quality and safety standards.

Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Age: 20–35 years old.
• Height: 153 cm and above.
• Average weight and physically fit.
• At least High School graduate.
• Open for ex-Taiwan applicants.
• Ability to work in a factory environment.
• Willing to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in semiconductor production and factory operations.
• Support basic maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
• Operate machines and assist technicians as required.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production and work areas.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues under supervision.
• Support production targets and workflow efficiency.
