Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate plan for cooking every shift, all ingredients , facilities and cooking facilities are ready
• Ensure food safety at the kitchen, follow menu as per company policy
• Ensure proper portioning, cost control by reducing waste and write off of damage raw ingredients and facilities
