SSW Customer Service (Inn Attendant/Butler)

Qualifications:

• Physically and mentally fit & Patient and friendly
• Ability to adjust to different working shifts.
• Has experience or training in the hospitality industry.
• Passed the skills test required for SSW
• Japan Language Proficiency Test N4 & Japan Foundation Test Passer
• Hotel staff members are responsible for making guests comfortable, including taking reservations, cleaning guest rooms, serving meals, accommodating requests and maintaining the building

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the guests with reservations, checking in and out of the facility.
• Assist in preparation and serve meals and drinks to guests.
• Handling inquiries or internal communications & Handling hotel shop sales.
• Providing service to guests by accommodating requests

Requirements:
