General Pediatric Nurse
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, including NICU/PICU exposure.
- At least 3 years of hospital experience in pediatric care.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS or OET).
- NMBI registration (completed or in process).
- Strong assessment, reporting, and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide risk management and care for pediatric patients in community settings.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Monitor and manage pediatric pressure areas, ensuring timely interventions.
- Develop, update, and implement individualized pediatric care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare teams.
- Report and document clinical findings and incidents in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and professional care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
