OFFICE ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• College Degree or higher; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and manage expense reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
