PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years work experience
• Proficient in English Language

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in installing molds, making the necessary adjustments, and delivering the machine to the operator ready according to the technical specifications.
• Deliver work orders and coordinate schedules for each machine with the assistant.
• Receive and hand over shifts with the team leader on the other shift.
• Supervise the mold setup and change process along with the mold loader.
• Operate the mold under standard conditions (pressure, speed, temperatures).
• Operate IML robots and ensure they function under standard operating conditions.
• Supervise and monitor the process with the assistant team leader.
• Ensure safety adjustments for molds, machines, and robots.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials for the assistant team leader before changing the schedule.
• Oversee defect identification on the production line
• Ensure daily monitoring of scrap rates.
• Ensure the team receives training on defect reduction.
• Supervise adjustments based on defect analysis.
• Review workforce availability.
• Train workers on the production process.
• Monitor quality of the product
• Approve the first piece of the product.
• Adhere to specified timelines for task completion.
• Monitor and review recorded machine downtimes by the assistant team leader.
• Address product issues and report any unresolved problems to the supervisor that require higher technical expertise.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and prepare mold repair requests if necessary.
• Ensure the area is organized and meets safety standards.
• Monitor and train workers on cleaning tasks.
• Direct workers for specific tasks
• Supervise and organize workers on the production line.
