Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients, understand project requirements, and collaborate with other professionals.
• Skilled in using various hand tools and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various conditions, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden and other materials to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.
• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly and safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect and repair damaged or deteriorated structures, making necessary adjustments or replacements to restore functionality and safety.
• Build and install frameworks, including walls, partitions, and roofing systems, according to design specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to perform carpentry tasks.
